Please join BU Wheelock’s child life program as we honor the legacy of Tufts Children’s Hospital,

formerly Floating Hospital for Children, and their historic child life program.

Tufts Children’s, formerly Floating Hospital for Children, has provided high quality pediatric care to children

and families since 1894.  The child life program, one of the first child life clinical programs, began in 1948.

 

The Tufts child life team will join us to be recognized for their significant contributions to

child life profession and their mentorship of countless BU Wheelock child life students over the years. 

Tufts will share a collage of photographs throughout the years.

Ongoing Events

Morningstar Access at Boston Children’s Museum offers children with special needs the opportunity to visit the Museum at a time when there are only a few other visitors. At these times, we have a limit of 100 guests, and children and their families can explore the Museum with less concern about infections and large crowds.

Admission: All guests must pay admission at the Admissions Desk upon arrival.
Non-members: Half admission price ($7 per person)
Members: Free
